solution for workforce distribution. Under this service, each employee’s order allocation is individually picked, securely packaged, and clearly labelled in accordance with client-specific requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient identification at every stage.
Order allocations can be delivered directly to the employee’s home address or to their designated workplace or workstation, depending on operational preference. This approach supports a more efficient onboarding and uniform distribution process, particularly for large or multi-site workforces, while reducing administrative burden on the client’s internal teams.

The VELPACK™ service also enhances traceability, improves delivery accuracy, and enables greater flexibility in managing workforce logistics, all while maintaining VELTUFF®’s standards of speed, reliability, and quality of service.

We can also integrate with your own systems and setup Punch-Out capability within around four weeks of contract award.

Our bespoke portals are a 'single source of truth'. You will have complete ‘real-time’ control and visibility of order placement and status, expenditure, and performance monitoring and reporting, enabling both parties to collectively focus on areas for product rationalisation, spend and performance improvement.
The portal is very easy and self-explanatory – with a user guide, help section and ‘live chat’ facility that links to our product support and customer services teams, who are on-hand, daily, to deal with any queries you may have.

In our bid to further embrace sustainability, VELTUFF now offer recycled material versions of our products. As a potential contract enhancement for our clients, we are able to offer your product range produced from recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate).
PET is the name for plastics which are 100% recyclable, such as food containers, and plastic bottles, and unlike ‘single use’ plastics, PET plastics can be remade, time and time again.
Producing garments from rPET takes up to 79% less carbon emissions to produce, than that of garments produced from virgin PET, therefore taking a much lesser toll on the environment. This means our clients, and VELTUFF can work together to a achieve a sustainable future.
