The portal has been designed to be ‘user-friendly’, with easy-to-follow instructions, a help section and a ‘Live Chat’ facility that links to our product support/customer services team. Your teams will have access to your daily online customer support, who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have regarding your bespoke ordering and reporting portal.

Your ordering portal will also allow you to place orders using our VELPACK™ service. The selected items will be wrapped in a clearly marked package and addressed to each individual employee. Orders are then be express-delivered directly to your employee’s home address, or to their place of work.

Clear representations of your chosen uniforms will be made available on your ordering platform, at no extra cost. All products will display images, specifications and safety/quality standards clearly detailed. There is a clear sizing guide that details the sizes and measurements in both inches and centimeters.
