Refund policy

European Returns

This shipping policy exclusively pertains to orders placed on Veltuff.com.
All returns are at your own cost 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you change your mind, or if the product doesn't fit or look as expected, you can return it within 30 days of your original order. Please ensure that the product is in a fully resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, etc., intact.

Return Costs: All returns are at your own cost. We recommend using a shipping provider that offers proof of postage for your own security.

Prepaid Return Labels: For customers returning items from Denmark (DK), Sweden (SE), Germany (DE), Poland (PL), Austria (AT), and Belgium (BE), we include a prepaid return label in your parcel. Using this label is optional, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Here are the specific rates:

  • Denmark: 60 DKK
  • Germany: 9€
  • Sweden: 80 SEK
  • Belgium: 9€
  • Poland: 70 zł
  • Austria: 15€

Return Process:

  1. Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the return form provided, specifying the reason for the return and other required details.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Repackage the items with the original packaging and ensure it is secure.
  3. Attach the Return Label: Use the prepaid return label included in your parcel if applicable, or purchase your own return label from a carrier of your choice. Please ensure not to stick the return label or any other items directly on the original packaging to maintain the resalable condition of the items.

  4. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the designated shipping provider’s location.
  5. Confirmation of Return: Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified. Keep any shipping receipts or confirmation emails as proof of return.

Document for Return Reasons: Include a completed document with reasons for the return. This helps us better understand and improve our products and services.

If no return shipping label is provided: If you are not from the countries listed above, please arrange returns using a shipping provider of your choice.

When we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed by our returns team. If everything is in order, the refund process will be initiated and it may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account. If there are any discrepancies, our customer service will contact you using the details provided with your original order.

B2B orders:

All Sales Are Final: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns of products if it exceeds our 30day guarantee period from delivery date or contains any sort of logo or embroidery.

Returns Deadline: Any orders or items can be returned within 30days from delivery date as long as it’s a standard Veltuff catalogue item and doesn’t contain any logo or embroidery. Note that we will charge a 20% return- and restocking fee or a 10% exchange fee. In cases where the return is not due to an error or defect attributable to Veltuff, the Buyer/Customer is obligated to arrange and bear the cost of the return themselves.

-Items cannot be returned if the items are non catalogue items  / bought to order.
-Items cannot be returned if the items contain logo or embroidery
-Items cannot be returned if the return parcel does not contain a return order document.
-If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
-Items cannot be returned if the damage on the items are self-inflicted or due to Wear and Tear.

    Returns Process: Customers must initiate the return process by obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form or a Return number. Returns without these will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

      Return Costs: In cases where the return is not due to a Veltuff error or defect, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

        If a refund is approved and applicable with our return policy, we will credit your account or provide a refund by the same means used to make the payment.

        Items returned without RMA form or Return number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender address.

        In case of a defect Veltuff A/S’s responsibility is limited to refund the purchase price of the defective product if a non-defective product cannot be supplied within a reasonable time. No other remedy, compensation, loss of profit or damages can be demanded by the buyer. Specifically, there is no right of the Buyer to demand compensation for the difference in price, if the Buyer deem it necessary to buy a similar product elsewhere.
